Testimonies

It is our mission to be the loving hands of Jesus and a refuge for the lost, the poor, the broken hearted, the widow, and the fatherless just as our Lord Jesus Christ is to us.

In the loving hands of the Lords servants, the anointed word of God is preached and demonstrated, leading unbelievers to an encounter with the Lord.  Once saved, new believers grow through community and service.

Testimony of Gustavo Esola

Gustavo was married to Vicky before coming to Christ. Gustavo was addicted to drugs and he and his family suffered from his addictions.  One way they suffered was not having enough money to feed the family.  Until his wife Vicky heard that their was a church in their neighborhood that was giving away FREE food. To receive the food all you had to do was to come and listen to Pastor Jose teach about the Love of God and how having a relationship with Jesus not a religion can set you free.  Pastor Jose a gifted teacher and anointed by the Holy Spirit always included life application of the word to enrich and reveal how to apply Gods word to their every day lives in Tijuana.

Gustavo encouraged his wife Vicky to go Church to receive free food for their family.  The love of God shown to Vicky by the Lords servant Pastor Jose worked to really open Vicky’s eyes to Gods love for her and her family.  In less than one year, Vicky wanted Jesus more than just on Saturday to receive free food.  She wanted to walk with Jesus every moment of every day.  Vicky accepted Jesus into here heart and received his love, forgiveness and a new hope for their situation.  The hope that she desired, was to see her husband who was still doing drugs to be set free and delivered by Jesus.  She began praying and asking others including Pastor Jose to pray for her husband Gustavo’s salvation.

Over time Pastor Jose learned that Gutavo was a mechanic by trade and he began to ask Gustavo to come to Church to repair the church vehicles and to slowly develop a relationship with him. Next Gustavo began attending church with this wife and over time, and again through the prayers of Gods children, Gustavo began seeing the love of God in action through Pastor Jose, the church congregation, and through changes in his wife.

Until one day Gustavo decided to come forward and receive Christ at church.   When he did, all of his addictions were immediately taken away from him.  Jesus set him free in an instant, “Cold Turkey”. He never looked back.  Today some six years later, Gustavo serves the Lord in many capacities now, including serving as:
